From someone who deals with many mortgage companies and lenders in my profession, Troy is by far the most prompt, reliable and caring. We were stunned at how Fast and Easy our closing went, and that’s saying a lot because I was a mortgage originator for over 4 years and went to many, many closings. P.S. - We once had a closing at our home , where they come to you to make it easier and it took about 2 ½ hours with a lot of phoning and faxing. When it was done Jim was steaming mad , so it didn’t make it easier at all.

Troy is the best mortgage banker I have ever encountered! I have had the pleasure of working very closely with Troy on a successful purchase for a client as well as having Troy handle the financing for my own purchase that just closed. I have been a real estate broker for 6 years and have dealt with many, many mortgage brokers and bankers. What sets Troy apart is several things. First and foremost is Troy's in depth knowledge of financing and real estate. Troy is able to answer questions with confidence and when he doesn't know the answer, he is not afraid to admit it and then quickly get and provide the answer. Which leads me to another of Troy's best qualities. He is extremely responsive to calls and emails.
